Refund Policy
Last updated: September 3, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for Kynage provided by Patrick Kosin (“Kynage”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Subscriptions
Kynage offers monthly and annual subscription plans.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing period unless they are cancelled before the next renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals and does not normally result in a refund for amounts already paid.
After cancellation, you may continue to use the paid features of your plan until the end of your current billing period, unless access is terminated earlier as part of an approved refund.
2. Payments and Billing
Payments for Kynage are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
Paddle is responsible for processing payments, applicable taxes, subscription billing, and refunds.
3. Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, payments for Kynage subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
This includes, for example:
- unused time remaining in a monthly or annual subscription;
- subscriptions that were not cancelled before renewal;
- reduced usage or non-use of the service;
- changes in your need for the service after purchase.
However, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or statutory refund or withdrawal rights that may apply in your country.
4. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you can request one through Paddle Buyer Support or contact us at:
payment@kynage.com
Please include the email address used for your purchase and, where possible, your transaction or subscription details.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method and are processed by Paddle.
5. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are charged in advance for the full annual billing period.
Cancelling an annual subscription prevents it from renewing for another year but does not normally entitle you to a partial or prorated refund for the unused portion of the current subscription period.
Any applicable statutory rights and any refund approved under Paddle's Refund Policy remain unaffected.
6. Service Problems
If you experience a technical problem that materially prevents you from using Kynage, please contact us so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Where the service is faulty, materially different from its description, or otherwise subject to mandatory consumer protection rights, those rights remain unaffected.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website together with the date of the most recent update.
